So here's the deal.
I wrote a book. That's a picture of it right there.
It will be in bookstores across the country on January 25th.
But I'm a first time author, so no one has ever heard of me before. That's why I need your help. I need you to spread the word.
If you do, I'd like to return the favor by coming to speak at your school, graduation ceremony, youth group or any other event free of charge!
1. Free speech
The school that gets the most copies bought on its behalf will win a free speech from me. I'll pay my own travel expenses, show up at your town, give a speech, the whole shebang. Chances are good that you saw me speak at a conference. It will be just like that. Except at your school. With all your friends.
Maybe I've already been to your school. If so, your school can still win and I'll come give a completely different speech from before. (Don't worry, it will still be awesome.)
I can also do a book signing while I'm there, either right after the speech or later that day at a local bookstore.
2. Boatloads of other prizes
Even if you don't win the speech, you can win other stuff depending on how many books are ordered on your school's behalf. Note: For each level, you get everything above, too. So, for example, if your school gets 20 copies ordered on its behalf, you'll get the t-shirts and the bracelets, too.

| 50 copies | Autographed copies | I will send you fifty autographed nameplates. These are special stickers designed to be attached to the title page of the book. Authors use them to autograph books when they can't sign the physically copy--which is the case here since your books will come from Amazon. I'll personalize each nameplate, too, if you send me a list of names. |
| 100 copies | Custom comedy song | In the tradition of "Free Falling" and "The Amputee Rap," I will write and record a video performance of a song about your school or town and put it online. It will be hilarious. Or, at least, I will think it's hilarious. |
| 1,000,000 copies | The Lifetime Package | I will tattoo your name on my ankle, attend your wedding, name my first born child after you, and, if I outlive you, give an amazing eulogy at your funeral. |
3. Donation to your organization
I will also make a $5 donation to your organization for every single copy bought for your school. It's my way of saying thanks for helping promote the book.
Let's say, for example, that you're part of an FFA chapter that's trying to win this contest, and you get twenty copies sold on your behalf, but some other school gets twenty-one and beats you. Bummer. But the good news is I'll still make a $100 donation ($5 x 20 copies) to your FFA chapter. That's pretty good money, right?
