You can buy my book on Amazon.com. They’ll ship it anywhere in the world.
Your local bookstore
Many bookstores in North America carry Just Don’t Fall.
If your bookstore doesn’t have it, cruise over to their Customer Service desk and they’ll be happy to order you a copy.
If you prefer books that have names written in them (specifically, your name and the author’s name, written with a Sharpie), you can buy that right here.
Here’s what the hardcover looks like:
And here’s what it will look like with your name and my signature in it:
It will come to you in this super-fly leather gift box embossed with my signature:
It's yours for $19.
HOW DO I TELL YOU WHO TO AUTOGRAPH THE BOOK TO?
There’s a space on the order page on PayPal in which you can tell me whose name you would like in the book. If you’d prefer I just sign it without personalizing, just write “generic.”
WHERE DO YOU SHIP AUTOGRAPHED HARDCOVERS?
I currently ship autographed hardcovers within the United States.
IS YOUR BOOK IN BOOKSTORES?
My book is available in (some) bookstores in U.S., Canada, Germany, Australia or New Zealand. If you live in one of these countries and your bookstore doesn’t have it, their customer service desk can order it for you.
WHAT IF I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY LIKE, SAY, NORTH KOREA OR EUROPE?
Just search for it on Amazon.com. If you live in North Korea, you have much worse problems than being unable to buy my book at your local bookstore. But I am impressed that you found a way to access the internet. Also, Europe is not a country. It's a continent.
WHAT IF I LIVE IN ANTARCTICA?
Shut up, troll.
IS IT AVAILABLE ON THE iPAD?
Yes, it's in the iBookstore.
IS IT AVAILABLE ON THE KINDLE?
I LIKE LISTENING TO YOU READ. IS THERE AN AUDIOBOOK?
Yes. And yes, I did the reading for it. In fact, I'm using that recording as the soundtrack for the YouTube chapters of the book.
You can get the audiobook on iTunes or Audible.com.
You can also download the first five hours of the audiobook free.
IS THIS BOOK APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN?
Not really. Do not be confused by the fact that it is written from a child’s perspective; it contains mature content.
WHICH EDITION HAS YOUR FACE ON IT?
It’s the Australian edition.
ARE THESE TRUE STORIES?/HOW DO YOU REMEMBER SO MANY DETAILS FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD?
Three sources: My journals, my memories, and my parents’ memories.
FYI, here’s a quote from the Editor’s Note in the front of the print version:
“These are true stories.
Memoirs, based as they are on memories, are inherently skewed by point of view. That being said, the author of this work has attempted to adhere to the truth of his memories as best he can.
Most dialogue, of course, has been reconstructed, but the author has interviewed many of the people who were present at key moments. In some cases the author has condensed chronology and dialogue for the sake of narrative pacing.”
IS THAT REALLY YOUR SIGNATURE?
Yep, that’s the way I sign books, credit card receipts, and what-not. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not a random scribble. It’s a “J” and an “S.” Look carefully:
HOW DO I SUBMIT A PHOTO TO BE IN A JDF VIDEO?
Send your photo with my book to [email protected] or upload it to my Facebook page. Photos will be posted in the order in which they are received. Please be patient as it may take a while before you see your photo.
