Hey Josh, I normally don’t read…but after you came to my school (west york) and shared your story I got your book. I am currently reading it. Everyone is so surprised because I don’t even read books for school.
Thanks again for sharing your story.
    Emile :)

I recently finished “Love Walked In” By Marisa De Los Santos.
It’s a really good book. Just about a girl who’s parents are divorced, her mother is an alcoholic, and a young woman who seeks for love. Eventually those two people end up meeting each other and grow an uncontrolable bond.
I don’t know, but my eyes were glued to each page. (:

Just starting A Leg Up, but I had to say, I LOVE David Sedaris! Have read all of his stuff. Have you ever read anything by Augusten Burroughs? Funny, but much darker.

    Amber,

Yeah, I’m loving Sedaris these days.

As for Augusten Burroughs, his books are incredibly popular so I know he’s very talented, but something about his style just kind of bothers me. I’ve tried reading MAGICAL THINKING once and RUNNING WITH SCISSORS twice, but I can never make it past the first couple chapters.

    Josh,

Well I would venture a guess… Burroughs is dark, pessimistic, and you are quite the opposite. Maybe I’m wrong, but I would think that might turn you off about his writing.

I love Josh Sundquist his books are very cool. I know alot of people that are some of my best friends that are disabled. So i think that Josh is very brave for writing about his disability.
